Here's the women's 10000m final from the USATF National Championships last weekend. Amy Begley, who made the US Olympic Team last year, in dramatic fashion, pulled off a tremendous upset as she beat Olympic bronze medalist Shalane Flanagan. HERE is the video of the race. Jenny Barringer, a standout runner at Colorado University, set an American collegiate record at the Prefontaine Classic at the University of Oregon last weekend! She became only the third-ever American woman to run under 4:00 for 1500m -- equivalent to a 4:17 mile! But click HERE to watch the race -- it's a GREAT one!
